This is a floating cinema on the private island of Yao Noi in the Andaman Sea, Thailand, providing unique movie experiences. The floating cinema is in fact a temporary raft auditorium designed by architect Ole Sheeren in collaboration with the “Film on the Rocks Yao Noi” Foundation. ​

This is a collection of rafts, dubbed as Archipelago Cinema in which a screen was inserted in front of the Andaman limestone outcroppings. The audience floats over the ocean, and focuses on the images that appear on the screen.
